Site changelog
We have shipped multiple versions of the MIST website — from the original HTML hand-off to the modern Next.js build mirrored by HTTrack. This page tracks the highlights as we continue porting content into the new Mist Cube skin.
Legacy releases
- Version 1 – A pure HTML/CSS site launched with love and late nights; it introduced MIST to campus during the early expo days.
- Version 2 – A React rebuild that added dynamic sections, refreshed imagery, and support for publish-once write-ups.
- Version 3 – The current Next.js site (wearemist.in) with structured data for The Cache, Typewriter, and the Hall of Fame.
This refresh
- Mist Cube skin – Adapts the Black Cube WebGL aesthetic with Mist colours, fonts, and copy.
- Unified navigation – Burger menu now closes smoothly, links map to slim internal pages, and every missing section points to a placeholder instead of 404s.
- Lenis-powered scroll – 60fps inertia scrolling adds polish on desktop while staying lightweight for Vercel.
